This Privacy Policy explains how Gaggo Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information in Ayak Tenisi (Foot Tennis on the English App Store), a 1v1 sports game for iPhone and iPad.
The short version: Ayak Tenisi collects no personal information from you.
1. No Account, No Ads, No Tracking
- You do not need to create an account or sign in.
- The game shows no ads.
- The game does not track you. It does not follow you across other apps or websites and does not ask for permission to track you.
- We do not sell, rent or share your data. We have none to share: nothing from the game is sent to us.
2. What Stays on Your Device
To let you keep playing, the game saves the following only on your device:
- the player name you choose and the look of your character;
- your coins, gems, level and unlocked items;
- your match statistics;
- your settings, such as sound and music.
This information is not sent to Gaggo Studio or to any other server. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, that backup may include the game’s saved data; the backup is controlled by Apple and your own settings, not by Gaggo Studio.
3. Deleting Your Data
Open Settings > Delete data in the game, or delete the game from your device. Either way, everything listed above is removed from the device. Because we never receive this data, we cannot restore it after it is deleted.
4. Device Permissions
The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
5. Crash Reports from Apple
If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may share anonymous crash reports about the game with us. Apple decides what these reports contain, and you can turn this off at any time in your device’s privacy settings.
6. Children
Ayak Tenisi can be played by people of all ages. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. A parent or guardian with a question can write to us at the address below.
7. Changes
If online features are added to the game, or anything else changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy before the change reaches the game and post the new date on this page.
