What is Faturalar: Fiş & Fatura Takibi?
Faturalar: Fiş & Fatura Takibi is an iPhone app that finds invoices, receipts and warranty documents in your mailbox and keeps them together in one archive. You connect a mailbox such as Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Yandex or another IMAP account, and the app screens emails that may contain documents and reads their attachments on your phone. Seller, amount, date and invoice number are extracted automatically, and you can add a paper receipt with the camera. Faturalar also calculates warranty and return periods and reminds you before they end, adds the due dates of electricity, water and internet bills to your calendar, and can export your documents and spending as CSV. The app is in Turkish and is made by Gaggo Studio. It helps you organize paperwork and is not accounting or legal advice.
How does Faturalar find invoices and receipts in my mailbox?
Faturalar works in the background in three steps. First, you add the mailbox where your purchase emails arrive. Second, the app screens your emails for ones that may hold a document, then opens the attachments on your iPhone and reads them to recognize invoices, receipts and warranty documents. Third, it files each document into your archive with the seller, amount, date and invoice number, so you can search by store, amount or date and open the original. Categories and spending totals help you see where your money went. For warranty claims the app can prepare a petition and the invoice together in a single file. Basic features are free, and Faturalar Pro is a monthly subscription that starts with a 3-day free trial. You manage it in your App Store settings.
Is my mail private in Faturalar, and what are its limits?
Faturalar has no server of its own. According to its privacy policy, your mail and documents are read on your iPhone and are not sent to Gaggo Studio or to an outside AI service, and the app does not read your mailbox on a company server. The app is for organizing your own purchase documents, not for advertising. It has limits worth knowing. It is currently available on iPhone in Turkish, from the Turkish App Store, and Android is on the roadmap. Automatic recognition can miss or misread a document, so check important invoices yourself. Warranty and return periods are calculated from the dates in your documents and are meant as reminders, not legal advice, so confirm deadlines with the seller or the relevant consumer rules when a claim matters.
