These Terms of Use govern your use of the ScanEatmobile application (the “App”), provided by Gaggo Studio. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using ScanEat, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanEat on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit (photos, text, routines). You retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the App.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
- Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the App.
- Do not upload content that violates the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase processed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account.
6. AI Features & Disclaimers
Where ScanEat includes automated or AI-assisted suggestions, those results are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, dietary or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, brand and content, is owned by Gaggo Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaggo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
