These Terms of Use govern your use of the Suppvio mobile application (the “App”), provided by Gaggo Studio. By using Suppvio, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Suppvio Does
Suppvio helps you organize supplement and vitamin routines, set reminders, view progress, use widgets and access premium routine-related features.
2. Not Medical Advice
Suppvio is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention guidance or dosage instructions. Any catalog descriptions, usage notes or routine insights are for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about supplements, medications, allergies, conditions or dosage.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding which supplements you use, checking labels, following professional guidance and confirming that any routine is appropriate for you. Do not rely on Suppvio as a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or other qualified professional.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Suppvio on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s rules.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions and Premium
Some Suppvio features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through the App Store and may be managed from your Apple account. Subscription availability, trials, pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase and are subject to App Store rules.
6. Widgets, Notifications and Device Features
Suppvio may use local notifications, widgets, App Groups and other native iOS features to display your routine and reminders. These features depend on your device settings, permissions and iOS availability.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
- Do not use Suppvio for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the App.
- Do not misrepresent Suppvio as medical, clinical or emergency software.
8. Intellectual Property
Suppvio, including its design, code, brand, catalog structure and visual assets, is owned by Gaggo Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may also update supplement catalog content, supported languages, premium features and technical integrations as the App evolves.
10. Disclaimers
Suppvio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reminders, complete catalog accuracy or suitability for your specific health circumstances.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaggo Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Suppvio.
