The rules for using Buselia, including subscriptions and AI artwork.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Buselia you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app; where it conflicts with these terms on a point it covers, Apple's agreement prevails.
2. Who can use Buselia
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority or the age of digital consent where you live, you may only use Buselia with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Your journal and your device
Buselia has no account system. Your memories are stored on your device, so they are lost if you delete the app or lose the device unless they are included in your own iOS or iCloud backup. We cannot recover them for you. Please back up your device and save the artwork you love to Photos.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Buselia on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
5. Your content and AI artwork
You keep ownership of your photos and, as between you and us, of the artwork created from them (subject to any rights of third parties and to the terms of the AI provider). You give us a limited permission to process the photo you choose, through our service providers, solely to create that artwork for you. You promise that you have the right to use every photo you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
6. AI features and disclaimers
- Artwork is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, or look different from your photo, and we cannot guarantee a particular result.
- Requests that break the AI provider's usage policies may be refused. A refused request does not use a token.
- AI results are for personal enjoyment, not professional advice of any kind. Buselia is not a medical or mental-health service.
- If an image upsets you or looks inappropriate, tell us at hello@gaggostudio.com and we will review it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Buselia to:
- submit unlawful content, or content that sexualises minors, harasses, threatens or exploits anyone (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities);
- submit photos of other people in a way that violates their rights or privacy;
- bypass or tamper with usage limits, tokens, subscriptions or the app's security, or reverse engineer the app;
- overload, probe or abuse the service.
We may refuse requests or restrict access if these rules are broken.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
Buselia Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, billing period and any free-trial length are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (after any free trial ends).
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown for your plan.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Tokens. Each AI artwork uses one token. Free users receive a weekly allowance; Pro includes a monthly allowance; token packs are consumable one-time purchases that add to your balance. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred, are stored on your device (consumable purchases cannot be restored by Apple), and are not refundable except where the law or Apple's policies require. We may change allowances, packs and prices with notice in the app.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand, style presets and code belong to Gaggo Studio or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them other than the licence above.
10. Third-party services
Buselia relies on Apple, Google (Firebase), OpenAI and RevenueCat. Their own terms apply to the parts they provide, and the service can be interrupted if they are unavailable.
11. Ending your use
You can stop at any time: delete your data in the app, cancel your subscription in iOS Settings and delete the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Buselia is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
